Shipping costs:

    SUISSE: 

    • Billing up to CHF 99.95 => shipping costs: CHF 9.-  
      Si lettre A4 ou midi lettre A5: CHF 5.-   

    • Billing of more than CHF 100.- => shipping costs: CHF 0.-   
      Except for bulky parcels and deliveries abroad  
      In case of return of goods and if the remaining total is less than CHF 100, the shipping costs can be recharged  
      Packaging costs may be charged in addition if necessary.  

    • Bulky parcels (100cm to 250cm long) => shipping costs: CHF 35.-  
      Price may vary depending on packaging  

    • Colis de plus de 250cm, colis hors dimensions admissibles par La Poste, bateaux, kayaks...   
      => nous vous communiquerons le tarif d'expédition avant la livraison  

    ÉTRANGER :

    • Deliveries abroad will in principle be sent by La Poste or UPS.
      Invoicing is done in CHF, excluding tax
      VAT, customs duties or import fees will be charged by the carrier

    Divers

    1. Delivery balances are in principle delivered without additional costs  

    2. Returns are at the buyer's expense (except in case of error on our part)  

    3. Exchanges or modifications of orders are considered as a new invoice
