The range of Seldén dinghy sheave boxes covers all requirements, from standard jib halyards or spinnakers, to pole topping lift to halyard outlets at the mast base.

Our standard sheave box is made of high-strength composite material offering the highest levels of strength, lightness and performance.

Our new high-strength sheave box is our latest development in this area. Made of cast stainless steel, this profiled sheave box can support very high loads on the rope. Ideal for applications such as Flying Dutchman halyard sheave box.

The sheaves are available with or without ball bearings and are easily interchangeable between our jib halyard and halyard exit sheave boxes. Both sheaves are compatible with rope or cable halyards. Our stainless steel sheave box for spinnaker halyard and pole topping lift is supplied as standard with a ball bearing sheave.

Anti-drag guards have been developed to protect the sides of the sheave boxes when the rope entry is out of alignment (e. g. for spinnaker halyards and pole toes).
