Long Slug Bracket, metal slug, 2 non-magnetic M4 bolts, O'ring Drop the slug into the mast slot through the gate using a tool to catch the slug at the desired height Fix the slug in place with a single bolt Offer up the bracket, attaching loosely to the slug with the second bolt Now remove and refit the first bolt Tighten both bolts Bracket is then a permanent fixture. Simply put the O'ring over the outside of the bracket, attach Tacktick compass by means of the 4 thumb nuts each time you sail, and secure by pulling the O'ring back over the bracket sides to lock into the grooves at the end of the bracket.
